The first HOCOA Busienss-Opportunity office was started in Charlotte, North Carolina in March of 1993. By 2000, HOCOA Busienss-Opportunity of Charlotte had over 25,000 members. Each HOCOA Busienss-Opportunity office is owned and operated locally as a franchise.
